How to change default meeting duration time
Hi, how do I change the default meeting duration time when setting up a meeting? Currently it's set at 30 minutes and I would like to change it to 1 hour. Many thanks.

Apologies if this is answered somewhere and my searches didn't bubble it up. I'm trying to use scheduler to allow contacts to choose between multiple time slots. However, one to many appears to cap at 200 maximum attendees despite this being a hybrid in-person (500 can attend) and Zoom (we have large meetings with 1000 attendees). Has anyone figured a way around this? Thanks!

I spent quite a while setting up my availability for one meeting type (hour-long podcast recording).
When I added a second meeting type, the availability did not migrate over.
How do I sync my availability across all meeting types?
Is there a way to limit how soon someone can schedule a meeting? For example, I sent someone my Zoom scheduler link at 4:37p and they scheduled a meeting with me at 5p. I'd like to be able to give myself an hour leeway to prepare.
My Scheduler Public Page is not working. I tried changing the URL in settings to see if that would help.
I've tried it in Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and on multiple computers.
Please help!

I have 4 different options for my customers to schedule meetings. The problem is, for example, I have availability tomorrow but when a customer tries to schedule a time, it does not show available for them. Is this a setting somewhere that requires a time frame to be able to schedule with a certain period of time?

Yesterday we had a huge zoom meeting setup just like we have always done, but yesterday the host was not allowed to start the meeting. He was only allowed to join the meeting we ended up having to conduct the meeting via phone conferencing. Today the same issue came up. I ended up having to send out a revised zoom invitation under a different account we have with Zoom and there were no issues. Why is zoom only letting us join a meeting and not allowing us to start the meeting?

Does anyone know if Zoom is planning on allowing for copy/paste in the Alt Host field when scheduling? I frequently need to create multiple Zoom meetings in the Scheduler and have to manually type in 8-10 email addresses/names for Alt Hosts in each Meeting (30+ meetings each time). It would be very helpful to have this ability/feature. Cheers, Emily

How do I change which email address the zoom meeting invites are coming from in Outlook? All my zoom meetings are being scheduled on the wrong calendar, and coming from the wrong email address.
