Current Limitation: Currently, Zoom Scheduler allows the creation of public links to let others easily book meetings based on my availability. This feature is immensely helpful, but it restricts all bookings to a singular primary calendar across all schedule links. Although the system efficiently checks for conflicts across all my calendars, it confines the booking of appointments strictly to the primary calendar.

 

Feature Request: I suggest a feature enhancement that would permit assigning a specific, unique calendar to each individual Schedule Link. This capability would allow for more detailed management of where meetings are booked, catering to the diverse organizational needs of different areas of one's work and personal life. For instance, I could use separate links for my personal calendar and for various business calendars, ensuring that meetings are booked directly into the correct calendar without the need for subsequent manual reorganization.

 

Benefits:

  • Enhanced Organization: This feature would greatly aid in the organization and management of different types of appointments across multiple calendars, eliminating the manual labor of sorting and reorganizing meetings.
  • Greater Flexibility: Particularly for those of us with intricate scheduling demands or several active projects, this feature would provide a much-needed solution for more customized scheduling needs.
  • Improved Efficiency: Automating the process to book meetings directly into the appropriate calendar based on the specific link used would save significant time and decrease the likelihood of scheduling mishaps or overlaps.

Implementing this feature would significantly bolster the Zoom Scheduler's capacity to efficiently manage schedules, offering a higher degree of customization and control. I look forward to feedback from the community on this suggestion and to hearing if others have similar requirements.

I am creating multiple recurring schedules for my business where the availability overlaps. If I have 3 schedules and someone books a time in 1, can the time be blocked out in the other schedules?

Scheduling a meeting. Suggestion on the display of the the invitation.

I would love to have two timelines on the invitation. One for my time zone and the other for my client's. So, both participants are aware of the time difference.

I signed up for some Zoom events with an organization and suddenly find that my own list of meetings is cluttered with their recurrent meeting.  I have tried to fix this, but after several hours of failure, I am asking what I need to do to remove unwanted meetings from my Zoom calendar/meetings.  I am not very technical, so whatever answer needs to be precise.  FYI, I asked the organization to remove the meetings and so far, no response.  I am trying to keep my list of meetings related only to my professional life.  Help!

Zoom scheduler is not showing availability

I have set up my meeting details, and when I go to the public page it is only showing availability open to book for next 7 days,  although I have given the customer the option to book up to 5 weeks ahead.

I have a problem with the office 360 calendar. My user cannot reauthorize it or set it as the primary calendar. The options are grayed out. Every time they try to reauthorize, they get the same error message. I checked the permission settings for the 365 calendar and enabled read, write and shared access. But when I go back to the permissions page, shared is disabled. How can I fix this? I appreciate any advice. Thanks!

As an admin, is there a way to see how many people have Zoom Scheduler set up and in use?

Decent Intro Video to Scheduler and ZOOM Calendar

The Zoom videos have not been very useful. I don't want to use an outside Calendar. Has anyone found a good video on using zoom calendar alone and scheduler?
