Scheduler - it is offering times when when I am not available even though I have linked my Outlook

Hi there,

tearing my hair out as I try to book in some consultations with a team using @schduler.   .  Settings seem to have changed so that it is showing availability when I already have meetings booked. this is even though I have my outlook calendar linked (and meetings show in my Zoom calendar).

 

Also I can't book more than a week ahead and block out times that aren't available either.
