Hi,
I wish I had an answer for you but i don't. Our company struggles as well with understanding what phone statuses truly prevent phone calls from coming in both directly or when a part of a call queue. I wish zoom had a clear cut document that shows what statuses allow/disallow.

Hi Eliot,
Nope.
That page is helpful in explaining what the status' should mean, but doesn't answer my question as to why calls are coming through to my team members who are on an 'away' status.
This is impacting our customer experience and time to answer, so some investigation into this would be appreciated. Seems like I'm not the only one being impacted by this.
