Zoom Phone Recordings - Admin Access...I am the admin?


I am trying to access the recordings of my zoom phone calls, but I cannot because zoom says that I need to be an admin. The problem is I am the admin, "super admin" of this account...?


Can anyone help me here? As you all know, this is a very robust and NON-USER friendly system. I've literally click every link and given myself every permission possible and still cannot gain access to my recordings. 


Please help!

Hello @JJG 

For Automatic call recordings, Admins can access it by going to Phone Systems Management -> Logs -> Recordings.


Having said that, Under Users management -> Roles -> Phone -> Recording Admin, You can add users to grant them access to access automatic recordings. 


Questions 1. How are you recording these calls ? 2. How are you accessing your call recordings currently, Can you post the full screenshots ?
