Unable to delete cloud recordings that have been transferred to my account

I am the admin/owner of our account. I deleted a former employee's account and transferred their cloud recordings to my account when I deleted theirs. I am now unable to delete their recordings from my account.
The support article that I found:

says:
Delete specific cloud recording files
Access recording management.
Click the meeting topic from which you want to delete recording files.
Under The recording includes the files listed below, hover over a recording file, then click the trash icon .
Click Move to Trash to confirm.
However, when I hover over a recording file I do not see a trash icon. I was able to delete some of my own recordings but I am unable to delete cloud recordings that were transferred to me from deleted accounts.
Can anyone help?
