Hello

https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060832#h_01G7SS91H498DW8QJDGQSKRR... says that from the Portal (admin) one can get a report on total space used by Zoom recordings.

I don't see it on mine (from https://us02web.zoom.us/account/report?isPersonal=true#/usageReports while logged on as admin).

thanks!

Gary

Hey, Gary - take a quick glance at your link - you're actually looking at your personal reports, not the entire account's reports.

Please try the following link, which should bring you where you need to go:
https://us02web.zoom.us/account/report/recording

For future reference, these types of reports can be found (when logged in as an admin) by navigating to [Admin]Account Management -> Reports -> Cloud Recording.
