Download call recordings not available and recordings location?

Hi Community, 

i am going crazy trying to find a way to set up call recordings properly, my calls are being recorded automatically for both inbound and outbound the way i want it, i just cant seem to find or enable the download option? ive looked everywhere followed different directions read many posts, nothing. it just DOES NOT show up. i set up transcripts, put myself as super admin which being the only user should have been this way by default but i already did that.  

How can i download call recordings and how do i find out where my call recordings are being stored?

click the three dots at the end of the line and select download.
