Hi everyone,
we are a business that is based in Croatia and we work as a contractor to a firm in the UK. Our work requires us to be able to call UK numbers and to have a UK number of our own.
Thus far we have used Skype for this without any issues, but it is shutting down now so we switched to Zoom.
The issue is that when we try to setup numbers for the UK, we are required to input a UK address and documents proving that this is the address of the business, is there no other way for us to get a UK number and to call UK numbers? This wasn't required on Skype.
Could we at least get a Croatian number and call UK numbers without further charges? We have the "
Zoom Phone Pro Global Select Unlimited" package. Would we be charged additionally for each call to the UK if we got a Croatian number?

hi @DBrauneger
I suggest contacting zoom sales.
You may be able to use your global select plan including a crotia telephone number plus the international calling add on. The international calling add on provides unlimited calling to more than 15 countries such as united kingdom. In usa, cost of add on is usd 10.00 per month per user.
Did my response answer your question? If so, please don't forget to mark the reply as an accepted solution.
thanks, eliot
