Why are windows masking the taskbar when you're sharing your screen ?

Whenever you share your screen and open anything, if you drag it to the bottom of the screen, it ends up covering the taskbar.

This is SO ANNOYING.

My computer is configured so that nothing ever covers the taskbar, and it works perfectly. But as soon as I share my screen, Zoom overrides this setting and allows windows to cover the taskbar anyway.

Also, six years in, and we still have those black bars all over the screen whenever we share our screen. This bug has been known for way, way too long.

Hello Zoom? Anybody home?

Edit : I'm on Windows 11.
