Release Schedule

Hi everyone. Can someone point me to where I can find the release schedule for Zoom Phone? There was a recent update to the call logs which really threw me for a loop. I found the release notes but obviously too late. I'm mostly familiar with Salesforce where they publish pre-release notes that tell you what's coming. I'm looking for something similar for Zoom Phone so I'm not caught off guard after the next release. Thanks!

There are several things you can check but I would encourage you to keep an eye to the Zoom Events Portal: https://events.zoom.us/e/view/t/order and to subscribe to the "Zoom Customer Success Hub" https://events.zoom.us/eo/AsGmtVcsNuaXLrlYNfkaKSphxX-acfgoGLA3gKJv74EKmPPf34Bc~AggLXsr32QYFjq8BlYLZ5...

Zoom is always publishing all kind of Events and Webinars for all kind of subjects, including Training Videos for Users and Admins

Every once in a while they have events related to "What is new in Zoom" (and other similar) and they talk about features about to be released or potential upcoming features

Here is another link that you can subscribe to about "Release Notes for Zoom Phone" where generally you receive a little bit of heads up about what is coming.

There are similar "release notes" pages for other Zoom products you can subscribe to.

Not sure this is widely available to all, but through our Zoom account team, we do have access to Zoom phone preview notes. This gives us at least a 30 day advanced notice of what is coming down the pipe. Mind you, these are just notes with feature descriptions. You won't get guidance on how to configure most of these until after the release has occurred.

Hey bud! I too was having a difficult time finding this info. I am a new Zoom Admin and have been delegated the task of organizing our Vendor Release Management Protocol. Zoom Devs should take a note of this to support external IT Admins.

This link should take you to the preview notes. This contains all the preview notes for all Zoom Apps.
