Hello,  

 

I hope I selected the correct location and topic.  

 

I'm trying to set up my new employee to use the business zoom phone for inbound and outbound calls so they aren't using their own phone number.  I'm not planning on giving them their own phone number I'd just like them to use my business number.  I hope I can explain this correctly but here are my thoughts and what I'm looking for, if somebody could give me assistance on guidance. 

  1. I guessing I'll need to purchase an alternate license for them because they'll require their own extension and the ability to log in via their own account/email.  I'm not trying to give them a new number just the ability to log in and use our business line.  I somebody could confirm this is what I need to do.  
  2. I would like them to have their own extension so when a client calls for them specifically it's not ringing to everybody.  Is using the auto reception the correct idea/method or is this even a possibility.
