@grahamaustin @MartinaJBoyle If the Zoom application stays in a "connecting" mode or has timed out due to Network error, please try again or Can't connect to our service, please check your network connection and try again issues before the error code, it could be related to the network connection, network firewall settings, or web security gateway settings. The network firewall should be properly configured that is covered here.

The Error Code 4202701 is most likely due to the DNS error that points to the Mac device whether its wired or wifi.
You can change the DNS server to google 8.8.8.8 by doing the steps below.
1. Open Settings.
2. Tap on Wi-Fi. If it's switched off, turn it on.
3. Pick a Wi-Fi network and tap on the blue i icon.
4. Tap Configure DNS and select Manual.
5. Tap Add Server and add DNS address: 8.8.8.8
6. Tap Save.
