Interpreter can hear the original audio under the selected channel

Hi,

I am having this issue with audio mix for the interpreter. Some of ours interpreters wont hear the original audio under the selected translation channel form another interpreter.

Is there any possibility to "mute original audio" as is in the participant panel?

Or an option to contorol the mix (ducker) which interpreter can hear?

Thank you,

Filip

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @thefilipjindra1.

If the participant is assigned as an interpreter, I’m pretty sure the audio setup is modified at the attendee level. The participant might have to log out and back in without being designated as an interpreter to get the “normal attendee” audio configuration.

Yes it is, but that is the problem I dont want to hear the floor when I am interpreting the audio from different interpreter.

It sounds like you are trying to do an unexpected configuration. Can you post an image of how you configured the interpreters before starting interpretation. It should show something like this with the participant name listing each interpreter:

I know the setup. I used to deal with the real interpretation systems. but there is no option to disable floor audio when I am listening other interpreter.

Do you see this option?
