Hello,
I have encountered an issue while using Zoom. During a conference, I cannot hear the other participant, and they cannot hear me. Upon checking the microphone and sound, no issues were found. This problem occurs on both my computer and phone. When using the web version, I don't experience these problems, but it lacks the functionality I need.
I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Audio is the most complex part of video conferencing and behavior varies based on the OS and hardware. Since you have not identified the hardware or OS I can only suggest you use Zoom's audio checks to make sure you have the right selections. Most likely you have issues within the OS software, but that is just a guess.

Thank you for your response. I wanted to clarify that I use a Windows device and an iPhone. This issue started about two weeks ago and only occurs when using mobile internet, which I use most often. When using the web version of Zoom or when connected through home internet, the problem does not occur.
I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

No audio packets transmission when using the Zoom app on both computer and phone. The problem does not occur when using the web version of Zoom.
