Got an email saying that we need to enabled NAA by the 27th of January.
I am trying to enable the NAA in the Zoom web portal using the KB article (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0078410). I follow all the steps but once I put in the office creds and approve the permissions it kicks me back to a Zoom site that says uh-oh page not found. This feature is still not enabled.

I get the same thing.

Same thing happened to me. I think that I might go the custom application route.

Same

Same here. I reached out to a Zoom rep directly, and will update here if they are able to help.

I am also getting the same Uh oh response page.

I created a custom application and I am not sure what that did. LOL. I have a opened a ticket with support.

Same here. The app is registered in the Azure portal and appears to have correct permissions but the "Enable Nested app authentication for Outlook Add-in SSO" option in the account settings does not remain enabled.

I am also getting the same. Is there a way to flag this to Zoom Support?

I created a helpdesk ticket and linked this thread. They should be aware by now.

Awesome. Thanks!

I just completed a 54-minute phone call to support. I was told they have problems on the back end the engineers are working to resolve. Strangely, while I was on the phone with them, I got the toggle to accept the permissions and stay enabled. However, the Zoom-Office-Add-in-NAA app in the Enterprise Applications does not look fully cooked. I hope to get a follow-up from Zoom on the open ticket later.

I just completed a 54-minute call with Zoom Support. They informed me that there is a problem on the back end, and the engineers are working on it.
Sorry for this duplicate post - I did not realize my first one was awaiting approval. MODERATOR: Please delete this one.

I ran into the same issue by getting redirected to an uh-oh page. Went through the steps again and the setting was enabled without issue.

Could the issue be related to diff Auth credentials for Zoom Admin vs MS Tenant Admin? My Zoom mgmt credentials not the same email etc as the MS Tenant so a different credential set is used at the permissions prompt. After accepting the prompt, I am punted to the Uh Oh page and no longer logged into Zoom's page. I'd rather not build a custom Entra app. Thx
