Zoom Invotes converting to Teams
For some reason, when we use our Webinars account and send out an invite to users, it shows up in users Outlook Calendars as as an MS Teams meeting.
Any idea on how to stop that?

I want to add a stock ticker esque element to the bottom third of my screen during a Zoom webinar. Is this possible?
For each webinar, Zoom allows users to download an Attendee Report spreadsheet, which states the registrations and actual attendance for that single webinar. I want to generate an Attendee Report which contains this information for ALL webinars. The current method seems to be (1) go to each webinar, (2) download the attendee report, (3) copy its contents, (4) move that content over to a master spreadsheet that we just started. However, we do a webinar a day and we have months of past webinars that need to be added to this master spreadsheet. It would take many hours. I briefly investigated the Zoom API but it was too complicated. I checked out Zapier but they have limited triggers - when there is a meeting registrant, it can be added to a table. This does not cover our use case for webinars, past webinars, and most importantly, attendance. Does anyone have a better approach than manually copy and pasting? Is there an app in the marketplace that could provide this functionality? As a last resort, I could be open to paying someone to develop an API or Zapier to do this.

Hi. I'm new to Zoom Events and am currently setting up my first conference. Where do I add ticket tracks in the conference setup, as I can't add a session without it. Zoom support chat was unable to help. When I create a new ticket type, it tells me there are No Options, and when I try to add a session, there are no options either. Hopefully, someone can help! Thank you.

Will the video be truncated at 1GB?
Will it continue recording past 1GB then start charging for more storage?
Hi- Is it possible to require registrants to fill out registration information when purchasing a ticket for an event? Do the other types of platform (webinar) allow this? Currently registrants don't even have to enter an email address, much less any other contact information. If this is not possible, could the interface be adjusted so the registrants would need to opt out rather than opting in? Currently they don't even see the registration information fields. They of course have the right to opt out, but they also might be fine including their information if they see the fields and know it will connect them with our organization and community. Thx! -Jon

Hello, We had a webinar last week and for some reason the 1 hour reminder notification did not go to attendees. We have had webinars before where it did work. I've opened a ticket with Zoom, but information has been slow coming from them. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Thanks!

I ran my first Zoom webinar this past week. It was marketed by groups all over the country and I simply provided the Zoom log in info. I asked each group to send me a list of registrants (I wanted contact info for marketing follow up) but discovered I could simply download an attendee list straight from Zoom, complete with name and email. So, the question is, How did that happen? That is, if they didn't need to register for the webinar through me, how is it Zoom was able to capture the information? I'm simply curious, but also wanted to know so that I can save the time used chasing each individual group for their attendee list.
