We have a user in our organization who is unable to use the Zoom add-in with Microsoft Teams. They are able to launch the add-in and sign in successfully using SSO, but then when they navigate to the Meetings tab, they are presented with an "Internal Server Error"

This morning the "/zoom" stopped working for a few people in my workspace. Input that command and enter...nothing. No message or other feedback.We have one paid person/user account, and this command still works for them. AFAIK nothing has changed regarding paid permissions. I've tried to uninstall/resinstall, restart both zoom and slack, checked for upgrades. Have not been able to fix this.

I upgraded my personal account to Pro about two years ago. Then cancelled the subscription because we no longer needed it last year. Now I want to start a new Zoom Pro account for the charity I volunteer for, but I am locked in circular discussions - the attempts are linked to my personal email address I cannot submit a different credit card and when another member of the team set up a new account upgraded to Zoom PRo and made me a user the terms said that my basic account would be taken in to the new Zoom Pro account but I want to keep it separate while being able to use the new Zoom PRo account. Any ideas?

I am not able to find the user:read scope in market place app under User scope topic. I am able to see user:read:admin scope. Can someone help me with this?
