I upgraded my personal account to Pro about two years ago.  Then cancelled the subscription because we no longer needed it last year.  

 

Now I want to start a new Zoom Pro account for the charity I volunteer for, but I am locked in circular discussions - the attempts are linked to my personal email address I cannot submit a different credit card and when another member of the team set up a new account upgraded to Zoom PRo and made me a user the terms said that my basic account  would be taken in to the new Zoom Pro account but I want to keep it separate while being able to use the new Zoom PRo account.  Any ideas?

I create a account-level OAuth app to access the API of Zoom through it.

 

Question 1

 

If I publish this app, can this app be used for other accounts at the same time?

(All accounts use the same Client_ID&Client_Secret, and can access their own data using the Zoom api at the same time)

 

Question 2

If question 1 is OK, can I use webhook in this OAuth app to return their respective information(webninar start/end  etc ) at the same time? (I think it is distinguished by accountID)

 

Question 3

If question 2 is OK, if the token of an account expires for some reason,

the webhook message related to this account still be received or lost?

I wrote the below script to get the Access Token for an app that I am working on.  The status code is 200 but the URI response  I am getting is "https://zoom.us/signin?_x_zm_rtaid=".  I verified my credentials so it feel like there is some type of permissioning issue.  Any help would be appreciated.

Resolved! Uploading a video to Zoom cloud after the fact

I just hosted an hour-long meeting and pressed record, but saved it to the wrong place (not the Zoom cloud). Is there any way to get it back to Zoom so that people can view it there now that the meeting is over? I don't see a way to upload a file -- just a way to download prior meetings. If that isn't possible, what other options would you recommend for hosting an hour-long video that people could pay to watch? My own site? YouTube? Vimeo?

I am in the process of using Zoom API to automatically pull reports for a shared account. https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/methods/#tag/Reports . 

 

My account is connected to a larger Educational account so currently I do not have direct access to the Dashboard nor all the reports from previous webinars. Is it possible to connect to the Zoom API when my account does not have access to the Admin Panel, or do I need someone else's email who has greater access (not sure if it is possible to set up an API through another email address) 

 

Additionally, I've noticed that the 'Reports API' does not have an endpoint to extract 'survey responses', just the Attendees, Polls and Q+A. Is there any endpoint that exists to pull data automatically?

Muffled USB microphone for MacPro

I have been using the same headset brand for 2 years, for a yoga studio.  Two weeks ago the quality of the sound is muffled. We know it’s not the mic as it works with a non Mac laptop.  It works but its terrible quality.  We reverted back to the last OS version, Monterrey… better but still muffled.  We are using the Electro-Voice R300-E-C Wireless Headset.  any help would be great….
