Zoom for Salesforce Lightning Oauth

Hi, I was able to follow steps 1-3 on the Zoom for Salesforce Lightning but am having trouble with step 4. When I login to Zoom, I do not see the option "Contact Center."

I believe the app is successfully connected with my account since I see the app below. Does it have to do with the permission setting? I looked online and the steps outlined do NOT match what I see to update the permission.
