Hi everyone, we're trying to integrate Moodle with our multiple Zoom Education accounts. However, we're unsure about the best approach for managing different licenses within the integration. Has anyone else tackled this challenge? Any advice or specific configuration details would be greatly appreciated!

I am unable to verify my domain in zoom marketplace. Despite following all the steps mentioned:

1. Download containing a verification code
2. Create a folder zoomverify under root and make it viewable
3. Upload the file to your domain and put it in the folder zoomverify
4. Confirm your upload by visiting your domain
5. Make sure all webhook and call back URLs that you have entered in the marketplace belong to the same domain

I am still facing the following error:
‘can not access the html file, please be sure the file uploaded correctly and retry’

We have setup Einstein Conversation Insights in our Salesforce organization and have everything setup. We have over 90 people connected and it's working fine. However we have one user who is getting a yellow banner with "Your Zoom Video connection needs attention. View Connection" at the top of their page. When they click on it under "Connect Zoom Account" there is the message "Activities aren't being captured from this account anymore. Either reconnect this account or confirm you wan to disconnect it. Reconnect or Disconnect. If the problem continues, contact your Salesforce admin."

I am the Salesforce admin and have had the user disconnect and reconnect their connection but this error persists. When I reach out to Salesforce they say the error is on Zoom's side. I have also had the Zoom admin remove the user from the configuration allowing connection and adding them back. Has anyone else experienced this?

I can not open the manage panel on the marketplace to adjust my apps permissions.  The pages begins to load and then hangs after throwing a javascript error in console "Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'TDD_FILE')"

We are experiencing issues creating sessions for Zoom vILT.  We've done it before with no issues.  We've tried the steps below multiple times but continue to have issues.  Any suggestions?

When trying to add new Instructors or to update or create Sessions for Zoom vILT, I encounter the following errors:

    Error while creating instructors: Partner Error.

    Error while creating session: Partner Error: Token is null

    Error while updating Schedule or Saving a session : Partner Error: Authentication failed. Please check Username, Password and Integration Name in the setting page.

Cause

The issue here is that the Zoom vendor is returning an error when Creating the session. In the error message, if you see "Partner Error" it means the vendor/partner is returning the error.

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue or create a ticket with Zoom for further assistance.

Solution

Please use the steps below from a previous ticket where this same error was resolved:

    Access Marketplace.Zoom.us

    Log in and select Manage> Installed Apps

    Uninstall the Cornerstone Learning Suite.

    Log in to Cornerstone portal and navigate to Admin>Tools>Edge>Integrations>Disable the Zoom vILT Integration

    Return to Marketplace.Zoom.us and reinstall Cornerstone Learning Suite

    Within Zoom Marketplace, select Manage>Installed Apps>Manage>Configure

    Within Cornerstone portal, navigate to Admin>Tools>Edge>Integrations>select the Zoom vILT Integration App

    Copy the following fields from the Zoom Cornerstone Learning Suite app into the Cornerstone portal:

    Integration Name

    User Name

    Password

    Base URL

Save all changes and re-enable the Zoom vILT Integration App from the Cornerstone Edge platform.

You may need to log out and log back in for all changes to take effect.

For some reason I cannot uninstall this plugin (meeting recaps, read.ai), it is in zoom apps, whenever i try to use another plugin this activates automatically, I tried everything, go to manage apps, even unistalled zoom app and installed again, nothing worked.

I currently have 2 platforms, different audiences but similar service. I already created a marketplace app for platform A, now I want to create the marketplace app for platform B.

That is why I would like to know what you suggest. Do I create application B with the same account as application A? o Do I create application B with a different account than application A?
