Hello @SL202 ,

If you did not receive an email with your AI Meeting summary there a couple of things you can check.

#1 - Check your email SPAM folder.

#2 - Verify that Meeting Summary is enabled in  your Zoom profile.  Support Link

#3 - If you have verified that Meeting Summary is enabled.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click AI Companion.
  3. In the My Summaries tab, select from the list to access the meeting summary, enter a meeting topic or meeting ID, or select a date range to search for a specific meeting summary. The selected meeting summary will be displayed.

I hope that this provides the information you need, reply if you have any further questions. Otherwise, consider marking this post a "Accept as Solution" so other Zoom Community members may find this solution as well!

Cheers!

Settings are correct and I have received summaries in the past but have now stopped.

Any ideas where they might be stored?

Thanks
