On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Upgrading from monthly to a yearly subscription.

Is it possible to upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly plan through the Apple App Store? I know this is possible through Zoom’s own website. Just curious if it was also possible through the App Store. Thanks.

Hi heartwithreason,

On the app store it shows the In-App purchases as monthly and annual, so I would assume you can upgrade from monthly to yearly inside your Apple account settings.

You should be able to go to your Subscriptions in Settings on your Apple device, then click on Zoom, and then choose "See all Plans" and then choose which one you want to change to.
