Rejected 10DLC as a business

I'm working with a client that is trying to use SMS via zoom. They have an EIN and when we submitted a 10DLC brand and waited the 2-3 weeks, I found out we were rejected. We're on the Pro plan, and I'd like to know why we were rejected.

 We cannot divulge that information on this forum. Have you attempted to reach out to Zoom Support or Zoom Billing yet for a reason for rejection?
