I cannot see myself; a virtual image is displayed.My camera works.The "Stop Video" button works and my camera is displayed. The light on my camera is on.  In prior Zoom meetings I could see myself. 

One of our team teachers, recorded his class (with no public) on the cloud storage, sharing his screen, and when recording, the view of his camera appeared ON the presentation (top right corner), but then in the recording, the frame of his camera moved to the right side of the presentation adding a black stripe.I looked over the settings to deactivate that view because we need all the recordings of the presentations to have the same view; with the frame of the speaker ON the presentation, top right corner. But I couldn't find it.Please help!

Hi community, we are running webinars Mo-Friday multiple times a day (during different times). These are currently set up as recurring weekly webinars, and all the dates are added manually every day. Nevertheless on our booking page old dates are still available to book. We don’t want to loose the data from these sessions so removing these seems not an option. Additionally, a time at 1pm comes automatically to the schedule even though it is not time we offer. How do we setup the booking page so that – only dates in the future are visible (preferably to block 60 minutes before webinar starts), not have to add all occurencies manually, and not having this 1pm sessions plop up randomly? Also, why doesn’t the booking page show day of week, and webinar duration? Can this be changed? Thank you in advance.

Is there a way to require users to insert their name and email before viewing a zoom clip? Or requiring them to log into zoom before viewing? Right now all the viewers are appearing as "Guest User." This would help me monitor who is viewing my zoom clip and who is completing the recording. Thank you! 

   I run customer research interviews over Zoom and process transcripts programmatically (via Claude/AI tools). After each  interview, I extract key quotes with exact timestamps and want to save short clips of those moments as permanent Zoom Clips to  share with stakeholders in Notion.  The current manual friction:  The Watch Highlights feature auto-selects moments I didn't choose. To create clips from my own extracted quotes, I have to: open  the recording, deselect all of Zoom's auto-highlighted moments, then manually hunt for and select each of my timestamps. This  is the most tedious step in an otherwise automated workflow.  What I investigated:  - The Zoom Clips REST API (/clips) only supports uploading video files — there's no endpoint to create a clip from an existing cloud recording by specifying a time range  - Watch Highlights has no API surface at all — it can't be controlled or pre-seeded programmatically  What I'd need to automate this:  1. Dear allPlease help me to as the service desk could help me with a file recovery that was deleted from trash.I need this recording as its super vital for me i did it 12 MArch 2025 . Yet the service desk is limited by process and procedures and see no option but to say NO. So I want to ask commuinity are there an option like in onedrive to go back in recover files that were deleted during last 30 days from trash bin? thank you

I would like to broadcast a movie that I own in my digital video library to a group with approximately 75 connected devices across dispersed locations. I have tried before but the people on the receiving end could not see or hear. I assumed it was a licensing issue, but reading on this forum I see it should be possible.  Please provide instructions so I can be sure it will work this time.  

How do you enter the chat when using the Zoom app on Apple TV?  I can see messages that others post, but can’t respond or post my own message.

With the recent update, has anyone else noticed that the pop-out chat window was removed for (multiple) users on Zoom Workplace 7.0.5; not present in right-click menu nor in-chat … menu; If you recently updated your version, it disappears after application restart.   :(

Dear Zoom, Please create a feature where the host can pin a comment in the chat and make it visible to everyone who enters the meeting late. If this is already a feature, please send an email to all users reminding them (along with a reminder that there is an option to mute partipants on entry). After two years of meetings constantly being interrupted by people typing into the chat, "Please resend the sign-in link..." I am convinced there is a better way 😂  Please send (our bosses) help. Thank you!

Is it possible to answer calls automatically in the zoom phone application, without need of manual intervention? How can I do this configuration?

 The original double_click_to_convert_01.zoom file is intact and approximately 927.5 MB, but every conversion attempt produces unfinished .mp4.tmp and .m4a.tmp files.

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue sharing my iPad screen to Zoom on Windows.When I go to Share Screen   iPhone/iPad via AirPlay, my iPad detects the Zoom AirPlay receiver and shows that it is connected. However, nothing appears in Zoom on my Windows computer. The screen does not start sharing.The strange thing is that my iPhone works correctly with the same Zoom meeting, same Windows computer, and same Wi-Fi network. The issue only happens with the iPad.I already tried:Stopping and restarting Screen MirroringClosing and reopening ZoomRestarting the iPadChecking that both devices are on the same Wi-FiTrying the connection again from the beginningThe iPad still shows that it is connected to Zoom, but Zoom does not display the iPad screen.Has anyone experienced this with an iPad on Zoom for Windows? Does the AI model use the Summary or the Full Transcript to update the Summary when prompted.For example, I have had a meeting, a meeting summary was generated, and I am not asking the AI to reformat the summary (lets say to put it in bullet point format).The model regenerates the summary with the bullet point format. Is the model using the original transcript or is using the summary? 

Hi Community!I’m wondering if anyone has successfully used Zoom’s AI features to evaluate customer success meetings? From what I could gather from documentations, the Quality Management tool isn’t the best option, but this could be done through workflows and AI agents.

No matter what I do, try different speakers, any speakers inbuilt speakers in my mac or microphone, it always tells me that your microphone isnt working please try a different one but none of them work. Both work perfectly fine before the meeting when i click test yet they dissapear the moment i join a meeting. I tried reinstalling and updating nothing works
