Does the AI model use the Summary or the Full Transcript to update the Summary when prompted.

Does the AI model use the Summary or the Full Transcript to update the Summary when prompted.

For example, I have had a meeting, a meeting summary was generated, and I am not asking the AI to reformat the summary (lets say to put it in bullet point format).

The model regenerates the summary with the bullet point format. 

Is the model using the original transcript or is using the summary?
