SMS for the number does not belong to the current user

I am configuring my Power Automate to send messages, but it doesn't recognize the number to which the messages should be sent. I get the following message: "SMS for the number does not belong to the current user," but my number is authorized to receive and send messages to my clients, and the campaign is authorized. I get this code:
