We closed our account with Zoom last November (2025) and the domains were not released. Now I need to release the domains in a closed account but that has to be done with support on the line. I can’t contact support because the account is closed. The chat bot can’t help, and tells me to contact support. When I call support I’m told there is no phone support on the account. I’m in a vicious circle here.  How does one contact support without an active account? 

I want to use send any email from zoom use my official name and email address instead of zoom default email address [no-reply @ zoom.us].How to setup this with my zoom account  

I use Zoom for meeting, messages, and phone calls for my work. I was excited when in September 2023 Zoom and Android Auto announced Zoom will now be an app in Android Auto, see https://news.zoom.us/zoom-for-android-auto/ and https://blog.google/products/android/new-apps-for-android-auto-and-cars-with-google-built-in/ and yet I still don't have an app for Zoom in Android Auto yet and I can't figure out why. Anyone know how to enable the Zoom Meetings app to work in Android Auto? I have a 2019 Honda Pilot and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone software and apps are all up to date.

The AI Companion icon constantly flashes if someone is using it, but the flashing is distracting. Is there a way to have it stop flashing or to remove it from the title bar? Thanks.

I often need to switch login accounts. And often, the keycap lock is on, or my client changed his password and only tells me too late.  I or they get locked out for 30 and need to wait to try again.  There needs to be something better than locking out the client for 30 minutes. If you forgot your password, you can't request an email during this lockout time.  Also not user friendly, especially if you are in a rush to start a meeting.   Maybe try a secret word if instead of a lockout.  Thanks.

Hi,I installed the newest version of the Linux client yesterday and recognized that when sharing the screen I only see a black screen.Version: 6.2.0 (1855)I am definitely on XOrg and NOT on wayland.Downgrading to version 6.1.10 fixed it.I'm on lightdm and use Qtile as TWM.I can't check whether this happens on GNOME or Plasma, too.Many thanks in advance!

Hello Zoom team, I would like to suggest an improvement for the Enter key behavior in Zoom chat. Adjust the Enter key behavior in Zoom Phone so it doesn't send the message immediately. I’d like the option to have pressing Ctrl + Enter create a new line instead of sending the message. I’m hosting a Zoom meeting, and I’m experiencing an issue with participant annotations. My own annotations work normally, but when a participant using an iPad and Apple Pencil adds an annotation, it disappears from the screen after 1–2 seconds. The participant can see the annotation briefly, but it then disappears. Could this be a compatibility issue between Zoom’s annotation feature, iPadOS, and Apple Pencil?

You know how you can change it so an animal avatar, like a bunny, cat, fox, etc shows up instead of your face, can I make it so it only appears when I turn my video on, because it currently shows it all the time, wether my video is on or not. I want it so it only appears when my video is on, and when my video is off, it only shows my name and profile picture? Can anyone help me out here, please and thank you!

The Issue We're Facing: Under heavy concurrent load spikes, background POST webhook listener sockets occasionally report HTTP 504 gateway timeout responses before acknowledging payload completion. Direct REST API requests to the same remote host resolve normally under 150ms thresholds. Are there recommended network socket keep-alive settings or queue worker retries to prevent connection drops during high-volume data syncs? I too am having issues with my Apple Pencil on the classic whiteboard but not one that I am seeing here,  My issue is that when I use my apple pencil to write as I write the letters disappear immediately(but not all of them!) and sometimes I have to write the same letter(symbol) three or four times before it stays on the screen.  But there is even more weirdness going on,  If I use the highlighter feature available as a pencil choice it works as it should.  In addition if in the pencil mode and I use my finger to write, there is also no issue with letters disappearing.  HELP!!!!

A new problem has come up just in the last couple of days that I have had no problems with previously. While using Zoom to tutor, I use both my MacBook and iPad. The iPad is for writing on the Zoom whiteboard. For some reason, when I write on the whiteboard on my iPad, I can see what I am writing until I lift my Apple Pencil at which point what I wrote disappears on my iPad but is visible on my MacBook and for everyone else in the meeting (including my student). As you can imagine, it is quite difficult to write on the whiteboard with my iPad when I cannot see what I have already written. Has anyone experienced this? How can I fix this? I have tried deleting and reinstalling the Zoom app on my iPad, following and unfollowing the creator of the whiteboard, and creating the whiteboard on both my MacBook and on my iPad. None of these have helped.

Several years ago I hosted regular scheduled meetings which subsequently continued without me being an attendee.  The meeting ID and pw and still being used, but I need to delete them from my profile so they can no longer be used.How do I do this please as the meetings are not showing in my meeting scheduler.

Trying to come up with a simple way to have the agents monitor if thee are calls in the queue.  I was trying to set up a BLF button on their phone, but the only way to do that is to set them up to monitor the group.  If I do that they have access to listen to calls.  If I take that privilege away then it also take it away from the supervisor.  Does anyone have any ideas.

Our organization just updated to the New Zoom Web Experience. On the Web Home Page, when you click ‘Start’ on a scheduled Meeting on your Calendar, it opens the Meeting only using Zoom on the Web. The Desktop Workplace App offers a more complete feature set, better user experience and, by Zoom’s own admission, the “best media quality” as compared to the Web version. Inconsistently, using the New Meeting or Join buttons on the Home Page both launch the Desktop App, as well as the Meetings Tab under the Waffle. My suggestion: Create an Admin Center setting to select the default behavior when launching Meetings from the Home Page Calendar: either the Desktop App, the Web App or to prompt the user to select which one. 

When I am holding a meeting as the host a get this message when I try the screen sharing function. Could please anybody tell me why this happens and how to sort it out? Thank you in advance 

once I try to install zoom from rpm on my current fedora (44) workstation, I get an error:Failed to read package header from file "zoom_x86_64.rpm"It is possible to workaround using commands such as sudo rpm -Uvh --nosignature --nodigest /(...path...)/zoom_7.1.0.3715_x86_64.rpmbut it looks like there is some problem with the packages. it first appeared on zoom 7.0.5 rpm (previous linux version).Claude claims the problem may be related to rpm 6.0 installed on fedora, meaning zoom packages the zoom app using an obselete rpm protocol (rpm v3), I doubt it since it looks like rpm 6 has been around for a while - but problems appeard only last month.thank you

Hi all, sorry if this isn't he correct board.... I have a Lenovo laptop where my camera used to work on Zoom meetings and now it does not. The light shows up, telling me that the camera is on, but only a black screen. I have done trouble shooting on the laptop, updated drivers, disabled and enabled and still black screen. The camera is the integrated camera that came with the laptop. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Is there any way to build a standalone page with a form that then points to the Zoom API?
