I am experiencing the same issue. The Meeting Tab is completely missing in the updated Zoom app. This entire functionality has disappeared, and it is extremely frustrating.@Zoom – Please address and fix this issue immediately. Without access to the Meeting Tab, I am unable to view or manage my saved meetings, which makes the app practically unusable for me.Kindly treat this as a priority and restore the missing functionality as soon as possible.

Have been using zoom for years, with no issues. Suddenly ( for approx 1 week), I have no speakers or microphone on zoom. Both are working well on my PC.How can i fix this, please?

I've been having this problem for months, but today I upgraded to version 6.2.3 (Linux, Ubuntu) and it got much worse. I was recording a Zoom meeting and I noticed lag when writing on the whiteboard. I opened `htop` and saw that Zoom was using the CP.===

I’m new to using Zoom and still trying to understand its basic features. I’ve recently started attending online meetings and noticed that some people record sessions for later use. However, I’m not sure how this recording process works, who is allowed to record, and where the recordings are saved. Can someone explain in a simple way how to record meetings on Zoom and what steps I need to follow as a beginner?

How do I turn on the background blur on zoom in web browser? I can’t use the zoom desktop app (whenever I try to download it tells me it’s not compatible with my computer) so I use the zoom in web browser by clicking the tiny text that says if it’s not working you can open the zoom meeting in the web browser instead of the app. I know how to turn on the background blur on the desktop app when it used to work on my computer but I can’t find how to turn it on within the web browser.

Is there a template for generating official meeting minutes from the transcript?Official meetings such as Board Meetings of Corporations require meeting minutes that follow the agenda that may or may not have been in the Zoom invite.  Regardless, the minutes are required to go through all standard items of an official meeting.  These can include approval of the minutes of the previous meeting, new business, old business, project reports, committee reports, etc.  Please include in the next upgrade a way to generate minutes based on the order in which items have been discussed.  Thank you.

I want to say that I don’t like the new, bubbly for a lack of better term, Emojis. They appeared when I restarted Zoom this morning. I think they are too cartoonish and childish looking. They are cartoonish to the level they are distracting to me and I find them annoying. So much so I found this forum just to complain about them. ;-)I’d much prefer the older ones. If there was a setting to allow someone to choose what they use, on our personal interface, I’d find that preferable to being locked into whatever set is presented in an update.

While i am attending a zoom webinar or meeting i frequently receive Teams phone calls. Since i've only got the one headset for all my audio, is there a way to mute the meeting temporarily, so i can take the phone call, then get back to the meeting? currently i find myself actually LEAVING the meetings to deal with the phones, and a dislike that solution! Thanks in advance for your help~                vicki!

Zoom Workplace recently updated to version 7.0.5 and while some of the unwanted changes were easy to fix - I don’t use a touchscreen computer, so defaulting to fat-finger mode instead of compact layout is frustrating - there is one thing that I cannot find a setting for and the manual steps to undo it every single time are also not user-friendly. That being when I paste URLs now, rather than simply becoming a link the URL is replaced with the pre-fetched title of the destination web page. If I wanted to do this, there is already a button to make “custom” links. I just hosted a meeting and recorded it to Zoom Cloud.  At the end of the meeting I clicked leave meeting like everyone else and that was it.  I thought that was where/when I would name etc my recording.  But my recording is nowhere to be found.   What did I do wrong and can I find it ?

Hi.Usually when I host a meeting involving screen sharing, the recording includes both mine and the participant's video for the whole meeting (in thumbnail form while screen sharing). However, when I hosted a meeting yesterday, my (the host) video thumbnail did not appear in the recording when screensharing (though both host and participant faces appear when not screen sharing, as expected given I always use gallery view). Could the (new) participant in my meeting yesterday have had settings at their end that cause this to happen? They were not a co-host so I wouldn’t have thought so. Any idea would be appreciated.Thanks,Kelly.

Hi everyone,I'm very confused about how Zoom Hub is supposed to work. My goal is simple: I just want to access the full word-for-word transcripts of my meetings. For recent meetings, My Notes works as expected. As you can see in Screenshot 1, I get both the AI Summary and the full word-for-word transcript.   However, for older meetings, everything looks completely different. As shown in Screenshot 2, all meetings before May are empty and the transcript is unavailable.   In addition, as shown in Screenshot 3, I cannot scroll back any further than March 17. Everything before that seems to have disappeared.  Could someone please explain:What is the difference between My Notes and My Files in Zoom Hub? Are transcripts in My Notes automatically deleted after some time? Why can I no longer access meetings before March 17 (Screenshot 3) and why are some notes empty (Screenshot 2) How do I get access to all my transcripts? Thanks! Hello Can someone help me please - I had a zoom meeting that I was the host and I recorded it and I cannot find it - before it would be emailed to me and now nothing - not in my recordings & transcript tab either. Have I lost it ? 

Is there any efficiency method for real time take attendance? we have 40-50 people to join in the meeting, but we need to count the people one by one before start. Any good idea or APP are easy for solve this problem? Thanks!

Been looking around a bit for an app that does this, but I haven't found anything, figured I'd post here and see if anyone has an answer.  I'm looking for an app that tells me when everyone who was invited to the meeting is in the meeting. We have a lot of meetings through zoom with a different groups of people. As people filter in, it's unclear if we're "all in" or not and can get started. Generally, we have to go check the invite list in Outlook and make sure no one is absent. Often this takes time out of the start of the meeting that we could use to actually start the meeting. So, if there was an app we could install that just tells us if the people who were invited were in the meeting, that would help. Not sure if something like that exists.  Thank to anyone who helps out.   

Hello,I am a Zoom Pro subscriber and I have lost ALL the content of my Notes completely.Here is my situation:I can still see the titles of my notes, but all the content/transcriptions inside have completely disappeared I had many notes linked to past meetings that I had not yet processed The Trash is empty — nothing to restore I have only one single Zoom account I did not delete anything manuallyThis is a serious data loss for me professionally. These notes contained important information from client meetings that I cannot recover any other way.I have already tried:Checking the Trash tab → empty Checking account settings for Notes feature → enabled Logging out and back inI need urgent escalation to a technical team for server-side investigation and potential data recovery.Can a Zoom employee or moderator please help escalate this case?Thank you.

Recurring meetings disappear from desktop and web app. From time to time, one recurring meeting with no fixed time will disappear. I have numerous recurring meetings set up for various clients so they don’t need a new link each time. When they disappear for no reason, I have to set up a new recurring meeting = unproductive and annoying.

I'd like the ability to rename meeting summary titles...like on the recordings.  Why can't I do that?

Hi, I am having trouble with getting incoming and outgoing phone calls to work. Incoming calls are automatically responded to by the auto-receptionist stating, "There is no one available to take your call. Please leave a voicemail." I'm not sure if I have set something up incorrectly, but I have scoured over everything and still can't find answers. Any help would be SO SO appreciated.

Hello, my Zoom is having an issue. When I watch a video shared through Zoom (the video has both voice and music), I can only hear the voice in the video, but not the music.I’ve tried using a different headset, but it still doesn’t work.When I play the video directly on my computer, I can hear it normally.The issue only occurs when I play it on Zoom or when someone shares it with me on Zoom.The same issue happens on my phone as well."Thank you
