I’m experiencing an issue with participant annotations

I’m hosting a Zoom meeting, and I’m experiencing an issue with participant annotations. My own annotations work normally, but when a participant using an iPad and Apple Pencil adds an annotation, it disappears from the screen after 1–2 seconds. The participant can see the annotation briefly, but it then disappears. Could this be a compatibility issue between Zoom’s annotation feature, iPadOS, and Apple Pencil?
