Custom form on 3rd party page

Hello again fellow webinerds,

Zoom Webinars Plus offers a lot of options when it comes to customising the registration form for an event. Is there any way to build a standalone page with a form that then points to the Zoom API? Any example at all? 

I have been told by sales that it was possible but I cannot find much on the help pages.
