SMS "message could not be sent" error

I have zoom health business account. For few months now every now and then I would get "message could not be sent" error when I try to send SMS to my clients. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.

Using Zoom Phone for Business Texting

Is it possible to port a landline phone number to Zoom without losing the ability to receive phone calls to that landline? I just want to be able have customers text my business, but still be able to call. Any advice on this?
