Help, the CSV file will not upload. We have just added Zoom Events to the account. This is the first webinar. I have formatted the CSV file with email, First_Name, Last_Name. Exported as CVS. The file throughs an error on every line for every column. What is wrong?

We hold a meeting 5x per year. Meeting invites are sent to our mailing list via Mailchimp. We also produce flyers to encourage those not on our mailing list to attend. We also post the flyer on Facebook and Instagram. Over the last 5 years of hosting these events, we have never had more than 100 people register. For our February event we have over 350 "people" register. Our audience is typically those that reside in the SF Bay Area. I suspect that many of these "people" are not real because 117 of them registered BEFORE we advertised the meeting and many of them are from outside California - plus a few from outside the United States. I think that there is a glitch in Zoom's system but cannot speak with a live support person. I have gone back and forth with service tickets - but that process has not been helpful. I also noticed that previous meetings of this type are no longer available in the past meetings view (other past meetings do show up). Finally, I am unable to obtain a report of the registrations. My request returns a "no data" when clearly with over 350 people registered there should be data to report. The event is Sat Feb 17th any ideas/help will be greatly appreciated.

We have Zoom Events Unlimited | 500, but host a one-off yearly event with up to 3,000 attendees. We were advised to purchase Zoom Events Pay-Per-Attendee for 3,000 attendees, however we're not sure how to actually use this... We have created hubs but they both have attendee limits of 500, not the 3,000 that we were hoping for. How do we go about creating a hub using the PPA plan? Thank you!

We had an issue last week where 3 of our attendees clicked on their personalised link they received in their email upon registering for the session and were taken through as Panelists with their video on? Has anyone experienced any issues with this? The Webinar was set up from a template that we've used MANY times and never had any issues with and then for some reason, 3 different people popped up on camera as Admin with their video on instead of as an Attendee with no video capability? Funnily enough is that the Admin setting was also set to have Video turned off upon joining and only Panelists can have their video's on?

When running a Zoom practice webinar, the attendee sees a black bar at the top of the shared screen. This is new and normally, the tool bar even in a blackout mode, doesn't show to attendees. I have some screen shots that i have retrieved from the recording.

Is there a way to automate the sending of the attendee list after a webinar?
We use Zoom sessions/events. i just hosted a webinar that had breakout rooms. in my main room people were saying they couldn’t locate the breakout rooms but when I went to find them to directly add them, the names provided in the QA weren’t under unassigned. Thinking they used another name I asked if it could be either of these few first names and both answered no. How can this be? Also, one person could not find the breakout option at and she was on laptop. Anyone know if this is expected?
our participants were not pre assigned rooms but instead were supposed to be able to kind of dabble in either of the rooms the picked.

I have searched for this information and cannot seem to find how to accomplish this. If we are conducting a webinar how can we show the slides only and not the presenter. Our presenter shows up in the top right corner, how do we hide them from not only their view, but also the participants view? Thank you!
