Does anybody can teach me how to cinfigure Zoom Visitor Management on both Zoom web portal side and hardware side? I can not find any detail documents for this feature.

I already have  a Neat Frame and a Brother printer.

Adding a Room to Workspace Reservation Map

I am having some issues with how to designate private offices on the floor map for our office. When I click on "Add Workspaces," my only options are to add either a "Desk" or a "Reservation Only Room." A Desk appears on the floor map as a dot, whereas a Reservation Only Room allows me to draw the perimeter of the room on the map--which is how I would prefer to have those offices appear. The problem I am running into is that when a user wishes to create a reservation for one of Reservation Only Rooms, they are being prompted to enter a Meeting Topic and other info, and after they click Reserve, a Zoom meeting appears on their calendar along with login info and a link to enter a Zoom meeting. My intent is to only create a reservation for that room/private office, not a Zoom meeting.

 

I'm stumped as to whether these private offices within the suite need to be designated simply as "Desks" or if I might be configuring something incorrectly when choosing "Reservation Only Room."

Slack notifications for workspace availability

Hi there!

Is there any way slack can provide notifications if on a given day where all desks are booked, the system will notify a channel that a desk is now available if someone deletes their desk booking or forgets to check-in?

Workspace Reservation is grayed out

Does anyone experience workspace offices being grayed out while workspace reservation is already enabled? How did you resolve it?

Find someone with a permanent desk

Hello,

It seems that when someone has a permanent desk, it's not possible to find her/him in the search "user" function.

Did we miss something or it's not possible?

If not possible, can we extend the search to permanent desk as well?

Zoom controller still showing deleted meeting

Hi all.

I recently set up a Zoom Room complete with controller and scheduler and all went well... or so I thought.

The next day (today) I deleted the meeting I created... but there's a meeting still on it that can't be deleted. It's not visible on my Google Calendar, nor on the Zoom Room's calendar, but it's present on the controller and scheduler, thereby holding it in a "Busy" state.

How do I delete such a meeting?

Hi there,
Recently I've tried deleting one of my workspace reservations that happened to be at the very bottom of the reservation list. Unfortunately, it was problematic since the chatbot icon blocked the "..." button for deleting a reservation (see the attached screenshot). To do that, I had to zoom in (or out) on the whole page to fix that and eventually have access to the button. 
Is there a possibility to make the chatbot icon "movable" across the page?
Also, maybe activating the whole page scroll after getting to the bottom of the reservations list would help with the problem, since it's only possible when scrolling down on the left sidebar (when I'm on the workspace reservation page). 
Hope it will help to get rid of that small inconvenience!

"You Are Here" disappearing from workspace reservation kiosk

The "You are here" text bubble above the blue icon on the workspace reservation kiosk seems to disappear after signing in and there is no way to get it back without a restart. The blue icon remains, but that's about it. I can't seem to find any setti... Show more

The "You are here" text bubble above the blue icon on the workspace reservation kiosk seems to disappear after signing in and there is no way to get it back without a restart. The blue icon remains, but that's about it. I can't seem to find any setting on this. Curious if anyone has experienced this or if it a bug.
