Workspace Reservation is grayed out
Does anyone experience workspace offices being grayed out while workspace reservation is already enabled? How did you resolve it?

It seems that when someone has a permanent desk, it's not possible to find her/him in the search "user" function.
Did we miss something or it's not possible?
If not possible, can we extend the search to permanent desk as well?
Hi all. I recently set up a Zoom Room complete with controller and scheduler and all went well... or so I thought. The next day (today) I deleted the meeting I created... but there's a meeting still on it that can't be deleted. It's not visible on my Google Calendar, nor on the Zoom Room's calendar, but it's present on the controller and scheduler, thereby holding it in a "Busy" state. How do I delete such a meeting?

Hi there,
Recently I've tried deleting one of my workspace reservations that happened to be at the very bottom of the reservation list. Unfortunately, it was problematic since the chatbot icon blocked the "..." button for deleting a reservation (see the attached screenshot). To do that, I had to zoom in (or out) on the whole page to fix that and eventually have access to the button.
Is there a possibility to make the chatbot icon "movable" across the page?
Also, maybe activating the whole page scroll after getting to the bottom of the reservations list would help with the problem, since it's only possible when scrolling down on the left sidebar (when I'm on the workspace reservation page).
Hope it will help to get rid of that small inconvenience!

The "You are here" text bubble above the blue icon on the workspace reservation kiosk seems to disappear after signing in and there is no way to get it back without a restart. The blue icon remains, but that's about it. I can't seem to find any setting on this. Curious if anyone has experienced this or if it a bug.

Our users report that they are not able to access Workspace Reservations when using the Zoom app on Android devices. They don't see Workspace Reservation within the app and are therefore unable to reserve a workspace, check in, check out, etc. In contrast, our users with Apple iOS devices are having no issues. I was under the impression that Workspace Reservations could be made and accessed on Android devices and the documentation I have found seems to indicate that it should work. I'd appreciate any guidance that others can offer to get this working. For the time being, we are having affected users access Workspace Reservation through the Zoom website or desktop app, but would like to enable Android access if possible. Thank you!

I haven't been able to find a setting to do this, but is it possible for an administrator to set a limit to how far in advance users can book a Workspace Reservation? To prevent users from monopolizing a hot desk location by booking reservations for months and months, I want to limit advance reservations to more than 2 weeks before the scheduled date. Thank you.

Is it possible to schedule a reoccurring reservation for a Workspace Desk? If so, how do I do this?
How can one modify their own reservations once booked? The "My Reservations" list is limited on what is displayed but no options on being able to modify reservations as it's not listed. It's shown on the floor map of that date and time booked but not displayed on "My Reservations". Can a admin modify?
