I have set up Zoom Workplace Reservation, but when I try to reserve a room or table, it says it is unavailable even though there is no reservation made by anyone else.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hello everyone, I'm Antonio. I need it for work and, even though it's old, I'd rather not to change my mac.
I've been having problems at installing Zoom Workplace on my MacBook Air. I wonder if anyone could help me.
Thank you for your attention.

When configuring the setting for I notice that users listed in the textbox do not populate at a Kiosk when ad-hock visitors fill in their host. Do hosts always need a visitor management license for them to be selected as a host for a visitor?"Designate groups or users to display as potential visitor hosts on the kiosks of this location"

We picked up a Brother 820NWB and a small form form factor Windows 11 machine. Got everything installed and set it up and as Visitor Check in Kiosk. Set it up to share the printer using the printer agent and I can now print badges from the Kiosk and from a remote Neat Frame. I am curious now that I have it setup and printing, there seems to be a lot of wasted space on the badges. I am curious if there is a way to modify the borders that this thing is printing on to use up more of the sticker (we are running the DK-1234). There seems to be 3/4 to 1/2 an inch on the sides and a little over 1/2 an inch on top and bottom that is just white space. Figured if I can make the printing area larger then the text could be bigger or scaled better to make it more legible or possibly make the pictures look better (from what I read that is doubtful though).

I am seeking assistance with the Workspace Reservation feature in Zoom. We operate a hoteling desk system and would like to implement a user-facing message during the desk reservation process. Specifically, we want to display a prompt that encourages users to remove any personal items from the desk after their use. Additionally, if users encounter any issues during their reservation, we would like to provide clear instructions for contacting our IT department for assistance. Could you please advise on the following:

Hello there, I was wondering if there was a way to have it so only a select group of users would be able to reserve a specific desk. Looking through, I see there is an option to do this at the floor level but that would make it so the other desks on the same floor would not be able to be reserved by other users. Would appreciate help verifying that there isn't a way to do this (or there is)

Hello! I am almost certain this functionality exists but I can't find exactly how to do it, so maybe I'm wrong. The use case i'm trying solve is that User A is able to reserve workspaces for User B. User B is a sales advisor and their account manager(User A) creates all their meetings etc. As i said previously, during our demo period, i thought this was laid out as a possibility, but now trying to configure I can't figure out how and struck out on finding the instructions on my won.

We are exploring Workspace Management but have some requirements which I am not sure will be met. Hopefully, I am missing something. Our organization does not use Zoom Phone and does not require users to install Zoom on personal phones. The main requirement is that users can only check-in to a desk if they are physically in the office. Is there some way to only allow check-in at a kiosk for those who don't want to load Zoom on their cell phone and put QR codes at desk locations for those who have Zoom on their cell phone? Is there some better or easier way? The second requirement is to assign the schedule on behalf of right to one or two people for each team. When you are talking about 20 teams and 4000 users that is going to be hard to manage with .csv file imports. Has anyone figured out a better way to do this?

Hi. We are using Zoom Workspaces to let users to view the availability of workspaces. We are not letting the users reserve for themselves because of bad past experiences so we are using a form with an approval proccess in another platform. We are sending the reservations via API once approved. The problem is that if the space is set to "Restrict reservations to in-person only", which is intentional, a reservation cannot be made. Can I send the space admin id through the payload so the request mimics the admin ability to reserve for others? Is there a workaround to handle this? Thanks in advance
