Workspace Reservation - Pre/post Messaging for hotel desk

I am seeking assistance with the Workspace Reservation feature in Zoom. We operate a hoteling desk system and would like to implement a user-facing message during the desk reservation process. Specifically, we want to display a prompt that encourages users to remove any personal items from the desk after their use. 

 

Additionally, if users encounter any issues during their reservation, we would like to provide clear instructions for contacting our IT department for assistance.

 

Could you please advise on the following:

  1. Custom Messaging Options: Is there a way to customize messages that appear during the reservation process? If so, what are the steps to implement this?
  2. Notification Settings: Can we set up notifications or reminders that include this message, either through email or within the Zoom application?
  3. User Interaction: Are there features available that allow users to acknowledge they have read the message before completing their reservation?

I think it would be possible by setting up a Questionnaire.

You can send a reminder by setting up a pre-check-in question to be sent.
You can confirm that the user has read the message by requiring a check to confirm that they have read it.
