ZOOMとPardot連携で構成を押しても何も表示されない

Pardotのフォーム経由で申し込みがあった方をZOOMに登録する際に、手順に沿って設定していたものの、「連携」タブの「構成」のボタンを押してもPardotのセグメンテーションリストを選択する画面に表示されず、連携ができません。（しばらく時間をおいても表示されません）解決策お分かりでしたらご教示いただけますでしょうか？ なお、Pardotで側でWebinar IDやpost URLは設定しているほか、以前設定した際は問題なく画面遷移したため、原因が不明です。よろしくお願いいたします。
