Out-of-meeting Whiteboard

I've been trying to add an external user to my out-of-meeting whiteboard (a student). However, every time I try to give access I get a message about a server error. I've tried changing settings in all possible ways but nothing helped. Has anyone faced this problem recently? Should I somehow add them to my contacts/'organisation'?

Hi @NastassiaB would you mind sharing a screenshot of your settings here? If you go into your Admin section of your settings > Account Settings > Whiteboard, there is a setting here which enables external collaboration. Could you check to see if this is enabled?
