When I generate a Registration Report, it shows everyone who attended signed up within a 15 minute period before and after the start date and time of the webinar? I would think it would show the actual registration dates. What have I misconfigured? Or is this the way it's supposed to look. ps.. I have tun the attendee report as well, and it's different th

I can't find the registration custom question information for the event. Where would I find that? I downloaded General Ticket Registration which doesn't have that information. Once in a while, that CSV file has no information. I saw it one time couple of days ago, and now it is missing. Please can someone help. Chatbox isn't helpful either. The event is in 3 days and I don't have the complete data yet. Any help is appreciated. I feel like it was a mistake of using the zoom events. I should have gone with regular webinar.

Hi,
I wanted to know if there is a possibility to see the Q&A section of a webinar once it is over? In my recording I only what was happening on the screen but not the Q&As.
Also is there a way to see the emails of those that registered (not those that attended) after the webinar? If not how should I do it going forward to get access to that infomation?

Can someone tell me if hyperlinks in Follow Up emails are still not available? We do multiple webinars throughout the year and send out the recordings (these are edited and uploaded to vimeo) with the follow up email. It looks so unprofessional to have to add the full vimeo link rather than hyperlink. An example is given when you first go to the template but that doesn't work either a href=http://www.example.com>Example</a> Any help would be appreciated!

Hi everyone! As far as I understand, in order to get the breakout room feature in a webinar, you need to have a Zoom Session or Zoom Event license. What I have is Zoom Sessions Pay per Attendee. I have set a test webinar but I couldn't find the breakout room button. Does this mean I need to get the Zoom Sessions or Zoom Event monthly? Please help me out! Thank you!

Hi - Is it possible in a webinar to allow for Q&A but also mute everyone else? Best practices on this?
I am creating a Webinar on Zoom. When a prospective user receives the registration link, they register and then get the zoom link for the meeting via email. My questions are: I need to send out a sequence of emails to encourage attendance to my Zoom Webinar.
I will be sending all my own contacts my Zoom Registration Link.
I have 3 Partners who will be sending affiliate Zoom links that I have created in Zoom.
I need to track who registers and attend through my registration link.
And who registers and attends through my affiliate partner registration links (they earn commission).
Once registered, can ALL registrants use the same Zoom Link to access the webinar?
Where can I find that Zoom Link to access?
When testing this, it seems like the Zoom links to access are different for different registrants.
For the first email, I can include the Zoom Registration Link.
But for the reminder emails, I want to send the actual Zoom access link. How do I do that or where do I find that?
