Hi all, We have a limit of 500 on our webinar attendees. Usually about 50-60% of people that register will attend. Does anyone know what happens when the 501st person tries to register for a webinar? Will Zoom allow this but then block anyone that tries to attend the webinar if it has already reached 500? Thanks!

I have closed session which requires attendees to be put back into the waiting room. Board members remain as panelists to continue closed session, however, public members are normally set as attendees. Is there an option to hover over attendee names and place back into the waiting room until closed session ends? I thought I saw the option before but no longer available? I can only put panelist/participants into the waiting room but that’s not ideal for a board meeting.

I CAN ACCES MY LIST OF REGISTRED ASSISTANCE, AND IT LOOKS OK. EVERY PERSONALIZE QUESTION HAS THE RIGHT INFO ON IT. BUT WHEN I GENERATE REPORT FOR THIS LIST, IT MISSES INFO OF THE PERSONALIZE QUESTIONS (AS IT IF WAS NOT SYNCRONIZED). AGAIN: WHEN I EDIT THE LIST, ON BY ONE, THE INFO LOOKS OK, BUT THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GENERATE IT COMPLETE. THIS HAPPEND AFTER I DID A CHANGE ON THE TEXT OF TWO QUESTIONS, AND ALSO CHANGED ONE FROM MULTIPLE ANSWERS TO ONLY ONE ANSWER. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA ON HOW TO EXTRACT ALL THE INFO THAT I SEE FROM EACH ASSITANT OTHER THAN CVS REPORT?

Hi, I've utilized the trim function multiple times, and it consistently displays a message during the trimming process. However, during my recent attempt, I didn't receive any notification. Are there any updates to the procedure? Despite downloading it several times, the trimmed recording isn't being downloaded. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased an annual plan for 'Zoom Sessions Pay Per Attendee Annual' at the cost of £74 for 50 attendees.
I am not in the least bit sure what I gain from having made the purchase!! I am conducting monthly webinars for small numbers of people and, as these are just starting up, I do not currently have the finances for a full Zoom webinar function so I purchased this but remain unclear as to what this purchase provides me with or how utilise it.
I would be grateful for any advice or insight you could provide.

I scheduled a webinar meeting for tomorrow, the 25th.
I have a large number of registrations. If necessary, can I increase the plan to 5000? Is the money paid for the first order lost?
Will I miss my scheduled webinar meeting?

Hello! How does one edit the background or the text color on the Zoom Events Survey and Session level surveys? We created both types and the preview screen shows the text color must be white, because the text cannot be seen. Thank you in advance!
I am sharing a live zoom webinar to youtube. the host's audio is inaudible but we can hear other participants when they are spotlighted. any idea what the is causing this problem?
My colleague has made me an alternate host for multiple webinars that we are hosting. I received the email indicating that I am an alternate host, but I was wondering if there is a simple place on the Zoom website where I can see a list of all webinars for which I am an alternate host? I would also like to be able to launch the webinars from there, if possible. Otherwise, I have to add each individual webinar to my calendar manually which is time consuming.
