Hi, I'm looking for some help with setting up a call. I'll explain what my ideal set up would be and explain what happened and maybe someone can guide me. I wanted to do an online soundbath with meditation and vocal interaction with the attendees at the beginning and end of the session. I also wanted to admit the attendees as they arrived. I was using a laptop a distance away from me to capture the space, my bowls and I a long with rode wireless mics to pick up the sound. First problem to overcome was how I could admit attendees from a second device so I didn't have to get up and walk over to the laptop each time someone wanted to join. I only had one user license so when I tried to log in on the same user name on a different device a phone or tablet, it wouldn't work. There was echo, I tried to muted one of the accounts and it didn't work. Do I need a second license to manage the call? Apart from that, the real issue was the audio settings. If I had it set up as a musician setting so that people would hear the sound of the crystal bowls playing, when we would talk there was an awful echo. So I had to set it for talking, then change it to the music settings, play, then get back up to change it for the interaction at the end. It wasn't a smooth experience for anyone. Is there a good way to set up the zoom call settings that doesn't require switching audio in between. I've been on calls with others and it worked for them so feel like I am missing something. Any guidance on how to admit callers with a second device and how to do the audio, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks so much, R

Zoom Webinars alway used to Sort showing the latest registrant 1st. Sometime in the past few weeks it now started showing the latest registrant last, so I have to go to the last page each time a new person signs up. Is there anyway to fix this?
I'm getting quite frustrated. I don't see a clear option in Zoom webinar where I can send ALL Zoom webinar registrants their confirmation email at once. The only clear option I'm seeing is in Zoom webinar going to Invitations > Manage Attendees > Edit > Registration List and checked the Registrants box at the top. This seems to only send the confirmation email to those names on each individual page within the Registrant List. And then you have to wait 60 seconds in between sends. This is incredibly frustrating as my office hosts webinars with 500+ registrants meaning we get over 25+ pages. I want to ensure registrants get their confirmation emails at the top of their inbox the day of our webinars, but i can't realistically spend an hour resending confirmation emails. I tried to highlight the registrants on each page but it looks as though each time i click a new page it clears out my previous selection, still only allowing 15 emails to be sent at a time. Is there any way I can send all confirmation emails at once instead of waiting to go through page by page in the Registrant list?

How can I imbed the link to the recording of a webinar in the follow up email that gets sent to the people who did not attend the webinar?
Hello,
I am recording two events on different days. Could I create one Webinar link and use it for both occurrences?
10/23 from 12 pm - 6 pm
10/25 from 10 pm - 1 am
Thank you all in advance!
Hello, I am an admin who organises webinar events on the Zoom. I would like to know if there is an automated way to inform the users, who have already registered, about any changes that I make into the webinar description? I can inform them manually by email but please let me know if there is an automated way. Thank you

I am putting together a webinar in Zoom events that will include a number of short videos mixed among the live presenters. I don't see a way to cue videos for playing in Production Studio other than to screen-share them from a desktop. It would be much better to play the videos directly in Production Studio then to play them outside of Zoom via screen-share. Am I missing something? The other thing that I am hoping to do is to have overlays (for example, a transparent PNG) that I can show over an active speaker. I see the possibility of creating a scene in which a speaker is overlaid onto a background screen, but what I am looking for is the equivalent of a television chyron or lower-third. Is that option somewhere I am not seeing it? Thanks for your help.

Is it possible to host a simulive and then invite participants to breakroom if there are questions raised during the simulive?
I used Production Studio to make a scene template for my Zoom Event. How do I make use of that template for the various sessions in my Event?
The documentation is very silent on scene templates.
