I want to create a webinar on my licensed account but unfortunately the webinar page shows blank... no option is shown so that I can create the webinar. I have also tried to change the meeting in to webinar but nothing could be done

Sorry, @sultan2024.  There’s not enough information here to a solution for you. Your best bet is to create a ticket with Support.
