I used Production Studio to make a scene template for my Zoom Event. How do I make use of that template for the various sessions in my Event?
The documentation is very silent on scene templates.
Hello! Please see attached screenshot. It is a mock up I made and shows my issue clearer than I can explain. Goal: to not have two host videos seen by attendees when I choose the new screenshare layout option. How do I get rid of the small host video? I have only checked this with (1) attendee, I am not sure if the view changes with more than (1) attendees. Thank you for your brain power, in advance. Librarycat

Hi, I'm conducting a webinar and want to: a) present a few slides as host, b) turn it over to a co-host to present a few slides c) then have a panel of 4 people take over, with all 4 always on screen/video, d) then take back over as host Is this possible? How do I control the camera that way? And if a host turns off mic and camera, do they still show up as a 'box' on the screen?

We created a webinar and we wanted to see if we could share video and audio at the same time (we figured it would be easy since we've been doing the same with our zoom meetings) During the practice session we tried to share video but the option to share audio is not clickable. The only other option was to share computer sound (which was not what we wanted). When we would play the video, there's no audio being heard by the panelists or anyone else in the room.

I converted a meeting to a webinar. All documentation and Zoom chatbot say the link changes but redirects - when it doesn't! I've sent an email inviting people with the zoom link, and now anyone who tries to access it is getting 404 as it converted the meeting to webinar and changed the link. What can be done so anyone clicking on the old link will be redirected to the new one?

Hi all, I've converted a zoom meeting to a webinar under the understanding that the old registration link will automatically redirect users to the new registration page to avoid any confusion by those who may open the first registration page (as directed by this zoom webpage https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067900) however this does not seem to be the case. Instead users receive a "Uh Oh! You seem to have lost your way page" . Is anyone able to help? The meeting was set up with an automatically generated meeting ID

Hi, When I create a webinar there's now a sentence that appears on the registration page that I've never seen before. Does anyone know where I can find this sentence in the system to edit it? It says "Information you provide when registering will be shared with the account owner and host and can be used and shared by them in accordance with their Terms and Privacy Policy." We're getting a negative reaction about the word "share". It implies that we're sharing their personal information with others. I want to reword the sentence so that it doesn't alarm people. Also the anchor text "account owner" is not accurate anchor text to describe where the link goes. It does not go to information about the account owner. It goes to the Zoom article called "Understanding Zoom privacy alerts". (which in itself is confusing because it doesn't differentiate between attending meetings and attending webinars.) If we can't edit it, I suggest that Zoom reword it to something like "Information you provide when registering can be viewed by the account owner. Each account owner is responsible for protecting personal information in accordance with legislation in their jurisdiction. The account owner may have a publicly posted Privacy Policy. Learn more about privacy by reading Understanding Zoom privacy alerts.

I am making webinar content for a non-profit advocacy purpose in my county. I sent an invitation to judges, police, administrators and others --- only to find some people reporting back that after registering, they were told to give a passcode ---- but I had disabled the passcode. All I can find in tutorials is to tell them to uninstall and reinstall Zoom. That's not an acceptable solution in this case.
I disabled it in Account Management, Settings, Webinars, Security. Also in each scheduled event.

Can an email be sent to hosts when someone registers for any date in a webinar series? We’re trying to track who joins and attends per webinar session.
We can click into each event to see the registrants, but I would like to know if we can surface those insights to the webinar host without a manual report pull.
