Social Media Buttons

I can not figure out where to input the social media links for the social media buttons that appear on the registration page.  I can check the option that I want to include them, but don't know where to input our social media page URL links?

Resolved! Waiting Room Video - Not refreshing

I don't know if anyone else is seeing this problem.

 

A while ago I set up a basic waiting room image which worked ok.

 

I now want to change this to a short video.

I set this up in Account Settings/ Meeting/ Waiting Room on my profile

 

But on new & existing Zoom meetings I still have the old image

 

Any ideas?

Video not recorded but audio did

Please help! I just completed a 4 hour Webinar and only the audio was recorded on in my Cloud. I have checked my settings, nothing has changed from previous webinars where I was able to get audio & video. 

Would love to know 1. What went wrong? 2. Is there a way that I can get the video? 3. How do I prevent this from happening again?

I recorded our Webinar on my local computer but only saved "meeting_saved_chat.txt"

We I recorded a Webinar and it was recording. But when I checked the directory, only the chat was there. How can I retrieve the recorded Audio/Video?

Trying to move one webinar in a recurring series creates time conflict

Hi there,

 

I have a series of 7 recurring webinars, however they aren't every week so I deleted the occurrences I didn't need. 

 

Now, I am trying to set one of the webinars from December 19th to 12th, but it's giving an error that the date/time conflicts with an existing occurrence. 

 

I looked in recently deleted webinars and there is nothing there, since it's been longer than 7 days.

 

Is there any way to fix this?

Bonjour, j'enregistre mon webinaire zoom avec partage d'écran. La vue des participants est la même que celle de l'hôte. Je fais différents paramètres, tantot vue standard pour voir le panéliste en plein écran et tantot tous les panélistes en cote à cote de la slide qui est présentée. Quand je télécharge mon enregistrement, on ne voit que le partage d'écran. J'ai besoin de récupérer mon enregistrement avec la vue en plein écran sur le panéliste qui parle. J'ai besoin d'aide svp

I have created a webinar and included a practice session option in it. The host started the webinar for 5 mins and then after the actual webinar, participants joined the webinar. After using the Get Participants list of webinar API I am getting both the time of the host i.e. the practice session time and the real webinar time in just one object, can someone please help me segregate them?

Resolved! How to get custom registration questions to appear in the download .csv file.

We are creating a custom registration for a webinar with custom questions we want to use for the event. The downloaded .CSV file doesn't include those questions, only the standard information. The only way to see the answers is to click on each name ... Show more

We are creating a custom registration for a webinar with custom questions we want to use for the event.  The downloaded .CSV file doesn't include those questions, only the standard information.  The only way to see the answers is to click on each name individually in Zoom which is impractical.  Is there anyway to get the custom questions included in the download file?

Resolved! Using Webinar Polls but only wanting to see the poll for that webinar

Whenever we create a "Poll" on our Zoom account we find that any existing polls for other webinars will also appear as an option to be used in the new scheduled webinar.  Is there any way to prevent this from happening?
