Hi!

I want to add a video in my waitingroom for webinars so the participants can see a welcoming picture of us in our webinars, with just "hi, the webinar is just about to begin - you can find us here, here and here". I've found a tutorial on this, but in my view on Zoom it doesn't look like that. Do I have the wrong payment-plan, or is it the website that don't have Zoom 5.7.3 that is the problem? We have a paid account and mostly all the features in Zoom already.

1. Has anyone has experience in this? Care to share some tips and even hacks

2. Will the chat lagging like crazy?

3. Will there be potential issues that I might need to take care?

We have weekly Zoom Council meetings, every Tuesday at 1:00 p.m.

We always use the Co-host option for two additional participants.

We are considering moving from "meetings" to "webinars".

If we do so, the person chosen to be the "Host" will be responsible for all scheduling and inviting of staff and/or special guests for these weekly, Tuesday webinars.

We would like to know, should the person who has been assigned as Host (and has scheduled multiple months of webinars out), for whatever reason, not be present for an upcoming webinar, is there a way to provide access to an Alternate or Co-Host to the Host's webinar schedule, should changes need to be made, i.e., time-date-subject?  Meaning, the actual Host might be on vacation or out of the office, what-have-you, therefore one of the Alternative/Co-Hosts would need to be able to access the upcoming webinar's schedule if change were needed to be made ahead of a previously scheduled webinar.

Is this possible?

Resolved! Webinar Feature Request: Notification of new attendee for Host only

Hello Zoom community! I have a Webinar feature request and I don't see any other place to submit it.

I would like a feature that allows for the host and co-hosts to turn on notifications of new attendees for themselves only.

I am sure we have all been in large meetings where the New Attendee Notification feature is on. Every time a new person logs onto the webinar everyone hears the chime. With a lot of people bouncing on and off a meeting that chime can get very annoying.

I am an operator for webcasts that use Zoom Webinars as the presentation source. We use another application to cut and paste the images from Zoom and broadcast them in a more professional looking presentation. This way we can prep the presenters and solve any technical issues prior to going live to the public.

Throughout a typical day I will do  6 or more  broadcasts from the same Zoom room. The room is kept open all day and presenters join anywhere from 1/2 hour before to 1 minute before their scheduled presentation, and they leave after their broadcast is concluded. There may be only one presenter for a broadcast or there may be several presenters, assistants, and a moderator.

It is imperative that we operators monitor the attendee window pre-broadcast so that client presenters can be promoted immediately upon arrival. We are not allowed to turn on the New Attendee Notification feature though because if anyone were to jump in to the room during the presentations (which our producers do frequently) the audience would hear the chime.

With an option to have the chime audible to only myself as a host or cohost, monitoring of attendees would be much simpler and would allow me to focus attention on other tasks while waiting for presenters to enter the room.

Thanks!

We just did a test and promoted someone to co-host in the webinar, and they don't see the polling option. We even promoted them to host and they still don't see the polling option (the original webinar host does see the polling option).

We can't pre-define the co-hosts as we are using the same webinar for several sessions, but would like co-hosts to be able to launch the polls. Is this possible?

Thanks,

Tammy

Resolved! One day Zoom Webinar License

Hello,

I have a webinar of up to 3,000 Attendees to host for just 1 day. Is there any possibility of signing up for a webinar add-on option for just that one day - that is, without paying the full month license cost?

Kindly advice.

Michael

Is there a way I can automatically have a recording sent to either all attendees of a webinar, or even to all people who enrolled?
