Is there a way I can automatically have a recording sent to either all attendees of a webinar, or even to all people who enrolled?

Maybe you could use a combination of an Attendees Follow-up Email at https://zoom.us/account/webinar/setting and then Set recording as on-demand by default https://zoom.us/profile/setting?tab=recording but getting the right URL might be the challenge.
