Hello, I would like to know it it is possible to organize 2 webinars at same day/hour having just 1 webinar licence.

If so, after setting panelists for both of them,  can I start a webinar naming a panelist as co-host, and also start second webinar naming an other panelist as co-host, so they can start webinar by themselves?

Or, can panelists start a webinar by themselves, even without organizator?

upgrading webinar

I have a 500 attendees webinar plan, and I'm going to set a webinar. If, in the meanwhile, I will decide to upgrade to 1000, will my webinar link remain the same, and I just need to set the new attendees number?

Getting started with webinars, and I need help!

We will be using our 3rd party scheduler for people to join our webinars, so registration will not be required. But we'd like to allow those who purchased access to the webinar the chance to rewatch the recording for about a week afterwards (preferably not longer).  A couple questions:

How do I set up limited access to a webinar recording when attendees did not have to register for the webinar?

If I record a webinar to the cloud, will I also be able to download that recording into an MP3 format to use on other platforms, such as iMovie?

Thanks for your help!

I had an event that I was streaming to a Webinar, unfortunately I toggled ON the "Enable HD video for attendees" and "Always send 1080p video to attendees" when I created the webinar and for the first time ever hell broke loose.

Employees watching the webinar mostly from the office, the feed was stuttering like crazy, every few minutes Zoom App would display that "Mic isn't Working" and my audio would stop. I have to mute the mic and unmute it for it to resume.

Unfortunately I didnt read the feature help when i toggled it ON but why would anyone create a feature that is not adaptive? meaning if the attendee cannot handle HD1080p then just dont send him 1080P, instead Zoom was enforcing the resolution and thus chocking everyones bandwidth.

Anybody face such scenario with these features?

We have a webinar set up with multiple occurrences on three days one week and then three days the next week. Each day has multiple sessions, although not consecutive. It's set up with registration and attendees registering once  can attend any of the occurrences. Upon registration, an email is sent with the Zoom webinar link info so that the person should just be able to click the link and get to the webinar. We have experienced the following issues and wonder if anyone else has also and might have a solution:

  1. Some people have been successful at logging in and getting into the first session of the first day of the webinar, but after that are unable to get in. It can be the next session on that same day or the next day. Or sometimes it worked the first day, not the second, but then worked again on a day during the second week. It seems haphazard as to why they can get in sometimes and not others. And then there are some people who have no problems and can get into all of the sessions with a single click on the link in their registration email. Why would someone be able to get into part of the webinar and not the rest when the registration is set up for being able to attend any occurrences? We have temporarily solved this by either entering that person as an invited guest and then changing their status from panelist to attendee or re-sending the Webinar invitation email and having them try to click the link again. Neither of these are ideal. We would prefer a solution so that our webinar attendees do not have any login or access problems.
  2. Some people are asked for their Zoom account password when they click on the webinar link in their registration email while other people just click on the link and it connects directly into Zoom and the webinar. Why would there be this difference? Does it have to do with the settings on their computer or how they configured their Zoom account? Is there a way to walk someone through to change this so they are not prompted for their Zoom account password when entering our webinar?

Webinar Chat

Can I turn on the chat function in a webinar after I start the webinar?  I know I can enable the chat function from the settings, but if I've already started the webinar, can the chat function be enabled?

Thanks!
