I paid $371 for Zoom webinar capability on May 5, 2025. Yet when I go into my account to set up a webinar, the only option I get is for me to buy yet another webinar capability.

I'M REALLY TICKED ABOUT THIS. I've gone round and round with your sub-par chatbots, and I don't have a way to set up what I need and paid for.

Can someone - a REAL, LIVE PERSON - help me, please?

Hi everyone,

An issue that has arisen today - I'm hosting lots of upcoming events and was running some of the technical rehearsals today with some of the panelists but none of them were able to join the practice session as they were going into the attendees list. Help! It worked for one when I deleted their original link and sent them a new panellists one but I don't want to have to do this for all of the other panelists.

Many thanks,

Kimberley

Many of my Zoom webinar attendees reported that the links that I was shared with them on Chat were not clickable and they were also not able to copy that.

I have been conducting webinars for months and same links with htpps:// I have been sharing since then.  But this issue was reported yesterday by many of the participants.

I got the testing done and found that issue was existing for all the users who are accessing Zoom using Androp Mobile. Their broswer and Zoom app are  uptodate.

Links are clickable on laptops and iphone.

One more observation I found in the testing that the issue is only for WEBINAR that is accessed by Android Mobile users. Same users are able to click links if shared in Zoom meeting.

So clickability issue is with Zoom webinar product used in Android mobile user.

Please let me know if someone any resolution as it directly impacts by enagement with the attendees.

{Update July 11th 2024}   Android app version 6.1.0 with the fix has been released on Google Play Store as well. I found that users who are using the updated app are not facing the issues anymore. Thank you Zoom team.

When I give a presentation, I always use Show Presenter View, expecting that my audience will see the pictures I'm showing and a small camera shot of me.  On my side, I will see those two things, but also my script and the next slide (which the audience is not supposed to see).  Today, my audience did not see a camera shot of me and saw my script, which significantly reduced the size of the pictures I wanted them to see.  I knew the audience did not see the camera shot of me, but was not aware of they were seeing my script (with reduced picture size) until the end.  What did I do wrong?  How do I keep from having that happen again?

Zoom Webinar registration form embedded in webpage

Hi Team,

I have embedded in a zoom registration in my webpage, but after submission it shows error like "refuse to connect"

Webinar templates and polls

Several of my teammates and I use templates to schedule webinars. We just realized that the polls do not save with the template or are we missing something? We all don't want to have to add the polls to each of our templates.

Hello all,

Last May, I enrolled in a series of Webinars, but from the end of last June whenever I fill out and try to send the request forms to access the recordings of the Webinars, I get invariably the same error message:

"This email address has been used to send the request. Check your email or use a different one."

I contacted several times the host/organizer of the Webinars, but he's ignoring me: I never sent the request before; I checked everywhere in my email, but there's nothing; the email address I'm using is the very same (and only one) registered both with my Zoom account and the Webinars account, I can't use any different one.

I have left until end of this month (July 31st) to watch the recordings, and I need to understand if I can solve the issue myself, or if it's the host/organizer's responsibility to solve the riddle.

Thank you very much in advance.

I'm a licensed user with an Education account.

I scheduled a webinar and I entered as alternative host a colleague.

My colleague started by himself the webinar, he figured as host and things worked perfectly.

At the same time I needed to start another webinar from my account, but I couldn't! A message advise me that there was another meeting going on...

I read tha it's possible to host up to 2 meetings at the same time...

Thank you!

We are a small Not For Profit using Zoom to run webinars for community. We only run around 4 meetings for under 100 people and 4-6 Webinars for 100-200 people a year. Wondering if there is Not For Profit pricing available for an organisation such as ours that runs a small number of events. Zoom is a great accessible platform for our use.
