maybe somebody can help me. We have a webinar in English coming up and we added the translated subtitles to our account. Somehow it is not showing up in our account to activate it. I can't call customer service because it is not included in our plan. Has somebody had that problem before?

Webinar size - increased licence

I bought a Zoom webinar 3,000 participants for one month, which started yesterday. I have a webinar scheduled to take place tomorrow which I set up last month. Currently if I click on that webinar it says 'Webinar size: 500 attendees'. Will the webin... Show more

I bought a Zoom webinar 3,000 participants for one month, which started yesterday. I have a webinar scheduled to take place tomorrow which I set up last month. Currently if I click on that webinar it says 'Webinar size: 500 attendees'. Will the webinar automatically allow up to 3,000 participants, or do I need to reschedule the webinar? We already have over 2,000 people registered so it would be a real headache to set up a new one. Thanks

Hello,

I scheduled a recurring webinar. The invite has been sent to a large audience. I selected the option 'Attendees register once and can choose one or more occurrences to attend, ' but I would like to change this so the audience does not need to register and then join via a unique link.

If I change the settings - so registration is no longer required, do I need to update the joining instructions with a new link, and what notification do those participants receive who have already registered?

Hoping I can get some help. Someone on my team is setting up a Zoom Webinar.  We set up automated follow up emails then issued a preview to see how it looked.

 

We see unwanted "??" icons within the default body of message and within our added text body of message.  How can we get rid of these? See sample attached:

Hosting a webinar with Zoom Sessions and anonymous attendees

How would I go about hosting a webinar with Zoom Session (under 50 attendees) while keeping the attendees anonymous to at least each other? Is this possible at all?

webinar creation date

Is there any way to know when a webinar event was created/cloned in the zoom??
I tried to look into reports but could not find event creation date.

If webinar host internet speed, will dictate the speed of webinar?

We will have a webinar, but our internet connection will be around 20mbps as host, (not using 4k).

What would be the effect to attendee side, would it cause a choppy signal to them?

I published my webinar. I cannot find the registration screen. It doesn't show up on the dashboard. How do I find it - what menu item and how to navigate to it.

We add a graphic to the right side of the registration page but it's suddenly tiny. I checked the image itself and it's the same size as always. Is there something I can do to fix this? It's always a graphic for the partner who underwrites the webinar and we can't have such an important piece be that small.

I would appreciate help with this issue! We have several webinars scheduled and they're all tiny now.

How can host put question in Q&A
