Hi

 

I recently just subscribed to a webinar for one month to test it and it has expired. Please is there a way I can still have access to download the attendees report is I renew or can Zoom assist in getting this information fromtheir backend.

You should be able to ask your Zoom account owner or admin to look at Admin -> Account Management -> Reports -> Usage Reports to see if there’s a Webinar tab there. If there are any Webinar licenses on your organizational account, they stuff be able to extract reports for you – I think.
